Position at our group available! We have secured funding for a MSc by research in our group. The funding can cover fees with an additional stipend. This is a full time, lab-based position where the candidate will be synthesizing catenanes to explore their chiroptical properties.

The position is available for an immediate start, with priority given to candidates who are available to begin work in October.

You will receive full training in the lab techniques required to deliver the project. During this time you will learn new skills in synthesis and characterization of mechanically interlocked molecules (NMR, MS) and determination of binding constants by NMR, UV-Vis and emission spectroscopies.
